You would know as you replaced him in the team shortly after that infamous game with Cockfosters in December 2006 when he walked away into the night, you were in the right place at the right time

Thanks for all the concern and advice folks !

 

But I am not looking for a keeper at this time and I have complete faith in my current number 1. Furthermore, if he picks up an injury or needs a rest I have other gk's at the club ready to step in immediately. So please stop trying to find me or suggest other keepers, I already saw in an other thread in which a gk was looking for a club that he should try his luck with us! No disrepespect, but I am more then happy with gks we have at present. And this kind of rumour is not at all helpful to me or the club. I am very happy with the squad of players we have and, at present, would only look to add to it if something exceptional came about.

 

This forum is becoming like the rumour section of the sun newspaper at the moment lol.
