Badshot 2 Mole valley 2 very enjoyable game from a neutral point of view, with the players at Badshots disposal they should push all the way and could even win this league the only problem I can see is thier fitness levels, if they are going to take it seriously then at least 5 of the starting team last night need to work a lot harder in training and watch thier calorie intake.Mole valley are a good young side who worked thier socks off and battled for a very well earned point,with this sort of performance they will definitely finish in the top half ,felt sorry for the young Ref he was out of his depth and didn't know how to cope with the match I suggest he goes back on the line he is not ready for this level just yet.

i must admit and this is not a direct dig as i wouldnt want to be a ref as its a horrible job, but i have watched 3 or four local teams in wessex league hants league combined counties league hellenic and by afr the worst are the combined counties , how u can have a lino that is 70 years old and hugely over weight and cant keep up with play , referee's that wont let any one even captains talk to them and feel the need to get there cards out at every possible occasion, what is the grading on ref's in this league as it cant be very strict?

i must admit and this is not a direct dig as i wouldnt want to be a ref as its a horrible job, but i have watched 3 or four local teams in wessex league hants league combined counties league hellenic and by afr the worst are the combined counties , how u can have a lino that is 70 years old and hugely over weight and cant keep up with play , referee's that wont let any one even captains talk to them and feel the need to get there cards out at every possible occasion, what is the grading on ref's in this league as it cant be very strict?

I wouldnt say he cost us the game as we had enough chances to win it! - I think its just nice to be able to say something on here with out getting a yellow card for it! there was so much frustration last night during the game and your not allowed to say anything when so many bad decisions are made and are so blatent! in the first 15 minutes there were 3 bad tackles on the same KH player , i didnt swear or shout i just said as i went past the ref from no more than 5 yards away "thats 3 late ones on the same player ref" and he told me one more word and in the book!!

 

Its nice to come on here and get it all off your chest!

 

im sure he is a nice guy but he did get far too many decisions wrong on the night.

Lammas 1-3 Eversley

 

A poor performance from our boys, but beaten by a good Eversley side, we had a few 1 on 1s in the first half which we should of taken and might have gone a few up, Eversley went 1 up with an absolute Worldy, prob best goal ive seen in non- league!!! We equalised threw a Penalty before half time. Second half Eversley took control with 2 early goals, after that we created little and found it hard to score, this was my worry about moving to Ashford, new ground gonna take little while to get used too but we better hurry up because we got Knaphill saturday and there not gonna be mucking about!!

 

Very fair summary of the game Animal. Our keeper played very well and made a couple of important saves first half.

 

The goal from Dan Taylor was a great strike as well. Thought your lads played some good football and were a bit unlucky not to go in leading at half-time.

 

2nd half we played a lot better and in the end your keeper made a couple of great saves to keep the score at 3-1.

This was the keepers first game this season. We are fortunate to have two good keepers at the club.

 

The pitch at Ashford was pretty good. Lots of grass and the ball seemed to run well.

Yea our keeper is new, first time i saw him yesterday, he made some great saves. are u a player Dan? i thought you boys were decent, judging on your second half performance there isnt no reason why u boys cant be in the mixer for the league. i like the egyptian looking player upfront. Yea pitch is not too bad, we just hired one of the players to be groundsman, hes really good so hopefully it will get even better.

 

Looking forward to sat Brunty? should be a good 1!! hope i play. dunno if im fit enough yet tho! we need to win or weve lost 3 already and that wont win us titles!

Shame that Matt Baxter doesn't play upfront for you anymore. He caused us a lot of problems last season.

yea matty was a great striker for us but you cant really keep hold of a player who has more money thrown at him and the chance to play a league higher, you never no if we go up and chertsey dont he might come back, but chertsey have alot of money which we cant offer him. will be a big miss but our strikers this year are young but i think will come good in a few games!
