don't think it will have any effect on his Garden leave, he is helping out Martin Hayes the Dover Manager who is a good friend apparently..

 

Tilly will be helping Batchy throughout the season whist the last year of his Southend contract runs out, he wants to keep his footballing brain as sharp as possible.. He has already taken a couple of training sessions with the lads and has been at games to give tactical views etc..

 

Tilly is a Canvey Lege!
