Heads of terms for 'east '? stand signed within a month.

 

Planning application for hotel -takes 8 months (plenty of objections from locals ) -end may 2011

Then 3 months to complete legals/funding august 2011

 

Mobilisation and agreement with contractors-2 months- october 2011.

 

Build commence november 2011.

Completion June 2012

 

New 4 sided ground opens with a `celebration friendly' against a premiership team in July 2012..

 

Margate attract 1100 to their first game in conference south in august 2012 at the new ground

I must admit, I posted this before recieving the newsletter and was unaware about the update. I had heard a rumour that the hotel idea had been ressurrected and had a good chance of proceeding. As Michael has posted, surely this is going to have to go back to full planning again. If so, how can the North stand start if they want to build them both together?
