............. RAIN yesterday.

 

Not heard from Meadowbank yet, but eldest daughter, (she of the 'Burgers at the Bank' fame), lives in the houses above the ground on the far side from the club-house.

 

She's just phoned to say her kitchen was flooded and none of the houses around her have any BT phone lines.

 

Worryingly, when that lot drains, it'll be right onto the far corner of our pitch.

 

I must admit, yesterdays downpour was more akin to monsoon weather rather than just heavy rain !!
