Sorry about that - I've been away for a couple of weeks and forgot about this. A clue ...... Jason Pierce (Spiritualized) used to be a band with the guy who recorded this track. Another clue .... think old computers.

OK, I'd better spill the beans. It's "Help Me Please " by Sonic Boom (off his debut solo album, Spectrum).

 

Sorry if it was a bit obscure. How about this one then - alot easier and always brings a smile to my face:

I can usually find the obscure ones (if it comes to it) but at the end there were only so many biographies of Jason Pierce I could read.

Yes, sorry about that! Maybe the clue wasn't that good either. Jason Pierce used to be in a band called Spacemen 3, along with Sonic Boom. When they split pierce formed Spiritualized, and Sonic Boom went on to record stuff as himself, Spectrum and EAR.

So, any takers for:
