Most Big Clubs are signposted,no one local knew where Knaphill F.C. WAS.

Tragic for such a big club. When can we expect to see you back up Farleigh / Croydon. Should be a good game tomorrow against a much improved Westfield side.

to be honest i prefer Knaphill to Hartley, never really felt that welcome against Hartley, maybe just rivalry but have to say Knaphill always seem pretty friendly. the only thing i would say about Knaphill which FF also said is that after the game the players dont come in the Bar area, which i do find a bit rude!

Did u leave for personal reasons Brunty i.e Work commitments or just fancied a change?

FF - whats with the hate towards Knaphill?

Brunty - They are not a nice side, they think they are better than what they are. Coming to Farleigh to win the league, lose and go and sit in the pub at the end of out club without any player coming into the clubhouse. I'm sure you wouldnt have played for them if you didnt move. I would best describe them as arrogant, and it's not that Knaphill want to progress because I was chuffed for Mole Valley when they went up as they playin the right spirit and are good boys.

Foxy, I think the word you are looking for is Arrogant B.T.K.,Brunty left a very nice club in Hartley Witney,Brunty is a very nice fella,we have met many times, was shocked that he joined Knaphill, who I have nothing nice to say about only ever watched them twice, once when you beat them, and Dorking got Promoted. The other when Municipal played them and lost, and tried every trick in the bag, including a ludicrously small changing room for 15 players, when their 2 Twots of Managers, were complaining about shorts/shirts/socks colours to Officials.Your right also they went down the Harrow for a beer, unlike Dorking, me, and others partied late at Farleigh, thats the difference

....... and I'm told they never opened the champers in the Farleigh club-house, wot they bought wiv 'em coz they thought they were in line for promotion.

Farleigh are a nice club - Friendly; nice players and officials. They are always welcome at Meadowbank.

Thought you needed lights and a stand for promotion B.J.R. No they could of won Div 1 and deprived Dorking of a place in the Prem. A great Result all round in my opinion.
