Tyrone Sealey has signed for Liam Daish's Ebbsfleet after impressing in pre-season. Another good player we didn't make the most of !

 

Not a criticism of Steve Bateman,as we all don't always see the potential in some players. I myself never thought Marcus Richardson would ever make a League footballer or that Dave Rainford was captain material and would play Conference football [Chelmsford], but then again I'm only a supporter.

 

I did think we let go Tyrone and Yash Romeo go,when they were playing very well together.When Yash left,Tyrone's form suffered and I thought sometimes Steve Bateman was too hard on him,where other players got away with far more poor displays.

 

As Greavsie would 'funny old game ! '

I have to admit I liked Tyrone. I thought he looked a threat going forward whenever he got the ball in wide areas, and I always thought we should have played him more often. I don't think Bates was a big fan of the defensive side of his game when he played in midfield. But when let loose in attack I thought he was superb at times and showed a great deal of potential.

Never understood why he wasn't recalled from his loan at the end of last season.

I alo liked Tyrone, he was a useful player up until he got that shoulder injury, and was never used to his full potential...I still have his match shirt from the Taunton Pink Game (when he was MOTM) hanging in my room. Good luck to him, and all the other players who have moved up the leagues.
