An entertaining game that the Daggers won 3-1...have I been here before

 

Dagenham looked a bit more experienced but other than that there wasn't much between the sides, when we attacked they quickly got behind the ball and made it difficult for us. but going the other way their attacking players sometimes out numbered or defensive ones which afforded them more space to move the ball and create the better chances. We had our fair share of chances though and on another day may have scored a few more. Both Keeprs were worked and made some important saves. It was a pretty even game and I've no doubt that our lads will have learnt from last night. I think they are going to have another successful season. Alex was my MOTM, he not only scored our goal but he was a constant threa and worked extremely hard often covering the full back position.
