Keiron Thorne has moved from Eversley to Hartley Wintney.

 

A few new signings for Eversley, but none of them from other CCL teams.

Because I may never see him play again,gone from one of the nicest Clubs in the C.C.L. to a Team I do not particularly like,and would not go out of my way to watch.

Too complicated to go into as far as DFC are concerned with only a couple of last seasons players starting this season.

 

There is no 'secret-squirrel' attached to this as our squad is free to view on our web-site, with a couple more to be added this week.

We lost the following players from the squad at the end of the season.

 

Captain Steve Gibson who has moved for work to the Newcastle area and actually signed for Whitley Bay (FA Vase Winners)

Steve Goddard has also re-located to the North East for personal reasons.

Liam Stone has signed for Carshalton to become there No 2 GK

Sam Belcher has returned to Wycombe and signed a pro contract

John Pomroy has signed for Egham Town

 

All the rest of the squad from last seaso minus the 5 above have re-signed for the coming season.

yea rouse the keeper, Whitby and jurgs still around plus another signing actually chris nelson, Walton casuals no2 keeper for many a year! Not everyone will be please but it seems to have got the best out of jurgs the past 2 games!!

we are both still around. We've got a few keepers fighting for few places and I've missed the start of pre-season with my old man hips but a couple of months of rest have done them the world of good and i'm ready to come back and try and do something again this year. It won't be straight away because i've missed out on a lot but luckly for me i'm still a youth team player so if I can get selected play for the youth it gives me a platform to try and show the new people what I can do. Also a miss timed holiday hasn't helped things but suppose gave my hips more time.
