Stuart Padgett, northerner with the strange accent, some may say, now back at Bookham, formerly of Dorking, Chertsey and Croydon

L Mc was VERY vocal on Saturday when he was on the pitch.

Mind you - No-one could understand a feckin' word he was shoutin'.........

How were the old pins on Sunday morning, mate ?

:bolt:

Padge is a great guy,be in the enemy camp Saturday though,How's the Dorking pitch looking?

Dorking pitch is rock hard, uneven, and with more weeds than grass.

At least it's not as BROWN as a lot of pitches locally.

My name is Gary and am a bit of a ground hopper too. I am involved with Sunday football in Aldershot.

I follow Woking but only for home matches. I live in Woking so sometimes catch Knaphill, Westfield, Chobham and Sheerwater.

Seen loads of pre season friendlies, mainly Westfield and Knaphill. Will either of these teams win the league as suggested on this site? I don't think so.

There is something missing in Knaphills' play. They huff and puff and never seem that convincing, maybe they are in the habit of winning and getting results. I saw them play Chobham,Sheerwater and Cobham at the end of last season and have to say 'lucky' comes to mind in every game.

I'd like them to win it. I can see their ground from my house.

Chobham are hard to gauge, their friendlies have not been against strong opposition.

Sheerwater? They look quite good, in fact excellent at times. I will be interested to see how they do, as apparently their team hasn't changed much from last year. They look strong in friendlies but I suppose league tables don't lie. Bottom 5 again? Time will tell.

I'm Leigh and I'm a Merstham supporter. Still hang around here being a BTK as I like the banter and it's a good way of keeping up to date with local clubs.

Over the last few years I've been the match reporter, club shop manager, reserve team secretary, barman and briefly was on the Board of Directors. These days I'm back to just being a fan and bending the ear of El Gaffer over the formation we're playing.

This season I plan to watch Merstham mostly but I might take advantage of Epsom & Ewell being our new tenants so I can watch a fair few CCL Premier games...and as I live 30 seconds from the ground, I might be the first on here to report the score. ;)

I'm Jon Underwood, 1st team manager at Sandhurst Town. Used to play a bit too and made a few appearances last season but not planning on doing so this season unless we get VERY desperate!

Tend not to comment on here too much (although have been tempted in to a few bites in the past!) but always keep a close eye as it's a good way of keeping in touch with what's going on around the league.

Hi Lee,

Well it's an extension of Big Time Charlie with another word exchanged for Charlie that has to be misspelled to get round swearotrons. Hope that explains. :)
