Season Ticket AGAIN

I am sorry to harp on yet again over my season ticket but I feel that the W&E admin staff have not been forthcoming in telling the truth on when it will be sent to me, listed below is a brief outline of the problems I have faced.

 

20th June, told it would be posted this week,

05th July again told it would be posted this week,

14th July asked the question to which I received no reply,

20th July again asked the question and received no reply,

22nd July yet again asked the question and guess what I am still waiting for a reply.

 

Some of these questions have been PM’d to Malcolm and some on the main message board so you can all see that my questions have not been answered, after all you would not go to a shoe shop and buy a pair of shoes and pay for them and then wait for over a month to get them, also I have now missed a few friendly games.

 

I have never been one for complaining but this was bought for me as a present and I feel that I have been treated disgustingly, all I want is an honest answer to an honest question, when will my ticket be posted to me.

Never got a WEFC Season ticket before then have you! Relax you'll get in fine for the first league game even if you dont have the small bit of card as you name will be on the list.

Apologies that the season tickets have not been sent out yet.

 

There have been a few issues with printing them that have now been sorted and once they have been laminated I will have them at the away friendlies or send them in the post if you wish.
