I usually base my premiership bets on the wisdom of Mark Lawrenson, yesterday he said that spurs were going to beat Birmingham 1-0, he's now changed his mind and said its going to be a 1-1 draw. I've never seen him do that before, I wonder what caused it? Perhaps he has some insider info, might be worth sticking a few quid on the draw.

Wasn't he something to do with Chesham at one time?

yes, he played about 20 games for us, but we had 2 better defenders at the club in the shape of Barnes and Bateman, what a pairing. The majority of the fans were not too big on Lawro, think he just wanted a stepping stone in to the limelight, not really all that involved.

Funnily enough, I saw a documentary about Level 42 over the weekend. He was the black guy with the really long face, wasn't he? Phil, I think his name is.

I got back from V at 1.30 this morning..started work at 8.30 till 5.30 <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

Didn't see the insiprals...had a brilliant time though,the hives were amazing,they were very funny and very energetic,good mosh pit...queens of the stone age were just mental...did some crowd surfing then...the foo's and chillis were both brilliant. I thought coldplay were good..but they stuck very much to whats on the album,whereas other bands talked,went into solos etc,e.g. the chillis-Flea played a random song on a trumpet and they played a disco classic(can't remember for the life of me what it was though)because underworld where on at the same time..

As for the coral,they were good live,but had to leave after dreaming of you to get to the front for the chillis.

ESG-did you find the hare krishnas?Apparently they were there!The people going around giving out free strongbow from backpacks were quite useful...i would imagine..

apparently i saw Coldplay, tho' i think it was a lie from my mates...some doris tried to get on my shoulders and couldnt manageit, tried my mate then proceed to get her topoff interesting ruse

 

plent of free drink where i was, if you get my drift, bumped into Kathy Lloyd which perked my sunday hangover up

 

you didnt see 1 brand new white trainer (right foot), some clown decide to nick it...
