Poster distribution

Hi all,

I have just spoken to the Romford Recorder regarding posters for the forthcoming pre season games and for all league games at the bridge.

When we get these posters we will need people to distribute them,if you can help with this can you let me know (starting with the Essex senior cup final)

It would be good to get a regular round of posters out for each match.The more people who help the less work it is for everyone.I will create a database of shops and business' we distribute to so we can target the same places all season

Even if you only do one or two shops in a parade it all helps

With regards to postering,I feel the best shops to target are those that are maybe open the longest,for example newsagents,convenience stores,off licences,food outlets,supermarkets

I think these should be our target areas as they tend to have the highest number of people going in and out,obviously we can put them in other shops as well just think they are the key ones???

No,I sm awaiting a response from someone at the recorder as to when we can have them,o have asked for them asap so hopefully some time next week,if they come back to me today I will try to get them for sunday

The posters should be delivered to me some time tomorrow,we still need more people to distribute these posters,even if you can only do one or two shops
