The Crystal Palace Game

I raised some ideas a few weeks ago about maybe doing some marketing in the high street for the club before the Palace game..........

 

At the time we did not know where it would be played and so this may not have been feasible. Has the venue been confirmed yet?

I would sincerely hope we can play the game at Beaconsfield to hopefully raise some cash for the coffers.

 

Otherwise I can't see much point in playing a pre-season friendly against a high profile club if we play the game at, say, the Polish club where it will probably cost us money to host the match.

Obviously the Palace game would be nice to have at Holloways Park, but at the end of the day it's a friendly and the most important thing is the pitch is the best it can be come the start of the season for me.
