Don't u feel aggrieved at Winston, Bootie, CJ, Veli and those who did so well out of us, who we supported, only to up and leave us when we, perhaps, needed them most?

Full marks and praise to the lads, led by Steve Daly, who hav stayed.

Any one with any sence would of forseen the departures of people like Bubb,CJ and Browne. As Eddie said if they thought it would be good for there career then it's fair enough,we all know Steve Browne was the real reason, were they that good anyway?! I was initialy shocked at Winston but he had his reasons and we should thank him for the job he did for us. Now put your self in Tony Boots shoes, the chance to play at a non league level, with a club that at the time didn't have a team, manager or a ground OR the chance to play for a division 2 side and further his career, how you can feel aggrieved against him i'l never know??!!

Eddie Denton has now built a team that could easily match last seasons team, look to the future and forget about the ones that have left us, let Boreham Wood worry about them!

Can hardly blame Veli for not coming back. At this point in his life he needs stability and there's probably more players he's familiar with at Boreham Wood and a manager he knows.

If he comes back to Slough it's to a ground he doesn't know, players he's never played with and a manager he hasn't played for.
