Does anyone have any suggestions for betting on tonights Carling cup fixtures? I need some money, and I have decided that the best way to get it is to go for a huge accumulator.

Get some money on Yeovil to win that 3rd Division too. Odds have shortened, but they're still worthwhile at 7/1. Nothing has ever been more certain.

Walsall will win tonight without any question whatsoever (did you see their goals v WBA Saturday?) but the odds will be crap. You'll get better odds on them knocking in double figures though, and as I have it on good authority that Carlisle will be putting out a reserve side tonight to keep the lads fresh for Saturday, it may be worth an individual bet.

 

Also have a ticket for Yeovil's 1st home game Saturday, which promises to be some occasion (will be back at City after that, honest).

Walsall are 2/7, Watford are 4/9, and Sheff Wed are 8/13. A tenner on those would give me about £25, not bad really.

 

Walsall to score 5 or more is 10/1, so that would put me up to around £250. That should make Carshalton on Saturday all the more interesting <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Correct <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> as per usual, I won nothing. In the end I went for Watford, Preston, and Norwich, and Walsall to win by 5 goals or more. Each one of those was wrong. Perhaps now you can understand why I am so poor.
