the fa cup possibles are a fair journey but the initial round means we get a trip to the seaside at least. away draw/s but could have been worse opposition wise

fa trophy against marlow also not bad a draw seeing as its at home

the youth i'd imagine have a pretty tough match against Farnborough at a guess

Caught this bit of info in their local news:

But with their Gullivers ground still in the hands of Sidley Cricket Club at that time, Sidley will either have to play the game on the Sunday, find a neutral ground or switch the tie to Lancing. Should they come through that, Sidley will again be at home in the preliminary round against Slough Town a fortnight later, although they will encounter the same problem over the ground.

The FA youth cup - 1st qual round Home V Farnborough Town (Farnborough will be playing against Slough already in our ACYFL) for this coming season - they were promoted last season.

Important ! as we too have to share expenses for this match - It would be great if we could have a decent crowd for this tie ! - hope we can have a few more for our matches...

cheers chris s

as for the FA cup someone in Sussex will be happy I no doubt ! Has Warren awoke from his summer sleep yet !

and good to have a local derby in the FAT ...with Marlow our visitors...

Hi Rebel fans

Yes--unfortunately Sidley United FC share with cricket---but--if Sidley are ur opponents come September--I'm hoping your club will agree to a Sunday fixture.A couple of sesons back we played Pagham in the same competition on a Sunday and got the 3rd highest gate of the round nationally--so a good atmosphere could be anticipated.Whatever the outcome of our tie against Lancing--I wish u all a safe and enjoyable trip to Sussex .
