Ryman Premier Predictions

As you Urchins that read the Ryman General Forum will no doubt already know, Ducks on the Web is running a Ryman Premier Prediction comp this season ( enter here - only five days left! ).

However, I did have another purpose coming on here apart from a shameless plug for it!

I'm trying to track down Jenny from Hornchurch who has already entered - she's got two teams in 22nd place and I was giving her a chance to choose which one she wanted in 21st; Harrow or Grays. If she could post here and let me know....

.... as for the rest of you - why haven't you entered yet?

If only my coding was a little better, I'd have been able to include error checking as part of the process instead of having to go through each e-mail and then posting on people's message boards for them to contact me!

Which brings me nicely along to your prediction Little Miss Urchin - you've got Hitchin & Kingstonian both in 21st, but no 11th! Post what you want doing here and I'll update the records.

If you entered as Urchin Man then yes, yours was fine.

However if you were Ben, then you've got Hendon & Maidenhead in 15th, but no 7th place. Once again, post your amendments here and I'll make sure they get changed.

And if it makes you feel better , I'll admit the embarrasing fact that even I made a mistake when I filled it in first time! (two teams in 22nd)

Whichever is likely to achieve each placement - I'll let you decide as I really haven't a clue! <img src="/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Hitchin 11th??? <img src="/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Right, my prediction is as follows...

After months of wrangling over who is going to annual mascots race, Superman (wearing his bizzar porno-looking costume) will swoop down and settle the dispute by running the race himself...well, with his other super-hero mates that is. (Super Woman wins, natch).

Because the event is such a screeming success everyone in the world of football decide to call a truce and agree that everyone is a winner (except Millwall and Cardiff who missed everything as they were too busy fighting each other).

Then in an extra bout of goodwill, all the top Premiership clubs agree to swap places with the Ryman Premiership teams because "they are all such lovely, hospitible people".

Upon hearing this, all world leaders decide to get together and realise world peace is the way forward. All fighting ceases and a world-wide 'Make love not war' month is introduced. As it happens, this is so popular it is agreed to make it a permanent fixture. The adverse effect of this is, of course, that everyone is now so exhausted they cannot work. It didn't matter in the end as the world government (there is no longer any point for individual ones), lead by Mr A. Swarzenegger, decided to make everything free and outlaws working of any way, shape or form.

Flowers blossom, birds sing and people frolic around as naked as the day they were born.

Where's this choice on your prediction sheet?
