Just been told that the FA are insisting that Grays compete in the ESL next season due to ground share issues...

With yet another meeting at the FA, its looking increasingly lightly that it will be a 23 team league next season.

Looks like there could be more to this story than meets the eye,on the grays messageboard they are saying that once this is all over there will be something coming out that will shake rival fans to the core,god knows what it is???

TBH, its getting boring now. I just want it sorted sooner rather than later, and preferably with 22 teams not 23.

I have just spoken to Andy who is away and have read him these posts which made him laugh and this is why we kept quiet on this.

 

The issue is not a groundshare agreement because that is in place, its about who legally owns East Thurrock Football club so our agreement was in place in time.

 

This not about about appealing until we win its about justice and being honest.

 

There is also another massive issue which we will reveal when this is over that will shake all you rival fans to the core and you will understand why we need justice.

 

Please all believe this has never been an ego trip or flexing muscles for us its about facts and the right thing being done

Oh I'm shaking in my boots... Gray's and justice...now that is a concept I never thought would go hand in hand.

 

To be honest, it just f*cks up the rest of the league and the other clubs all for the sake of one club. Send 'em down to ESL and be done and let the rst of us get on with our lives.

 

It didn't hurt Aldershot, Wimbledon and the like...In fact...look at both clubs now.

Apparently Grays have been admitted to Ryman One North...pending FA agreement.
