Canvey re name stand & press box

I see that canvey have re named the seated stand " the jack king stand" after the work the king family have put into the club over the years,I wonder if this has anything to do with the rumours that jeff king is going back to the club ??

 

They have also re named the press box the "dick Marshall press box" after their local press legend who sadly passed away a few weeks back

 

 

This got me thinking about harry martin who was our longest serving fan before he died,apart from a few photos around the place and a good send off we never really done what I feel we should of by naming something after him,let's not forget that when the club was in trouble before,harry turned up at the ground offering the deeds from his house to save the club,thankfully they wasn't accepted but how many other people would do the same???
