Rhodes
Do members think that fugitive Raoul Moat will be captured or he will end up putting his shot gun to his head as was the case recently with Cumbria killer Derrick Bird. Somehow he doesn't strike me as the cowardly type who would kill himself to avoid facing the music such as Bird and Hungerford and Dunblane killers Michael Ryan and Thomas Hamilton. Eastside Urchin
He is a coward for killing people,he will take the easy way out in the end which is to be shot dead when this and other countries crack down on the use of drugs especially steroids then these atrocities may stop Ian_W
Rhodes
Buzzardboy - Don't take this the wrong way as I am not for one minute condoning what Moat did however I can actually see where he was coming from. If, for example, you were inside and your girlfriend phoned you to say she 'had met a new bloke who was a cop' and it was all over you wouldn't take it lying down would you and you would seek sweet revenge on your release from jail albeit obviously not to the extent Moat went to. Rhodes
Buzzardboy - I will be interested to get Loosely's view on this one, I'm surprised he hasn't posted as yet. Raoul Moat's girlfriend Samantha Stobbart clearly meant everything to him and they had a 19 month old daughter together, like I said yesterday if you were in Moat's shoes would you just take the news that your girlfriend was leaving you lying down, I don't think you would somehow

I wonder what planet you are on some days. Moat was an abusive violent partner who continually beat his girlfriend up when they were together, she had every reason to finish the relationship and seek a new one. At the end of the day she doesn't even need a reason other than being unhappy and moving on. They were not married, there was no death til we part, sickness and in health etc - she was a free agent and blokes like Moat cannot accept that. Rhodesly - do you know what a misogynist is because you are one along with being a d1ck. Sorry but you are. No-one needs to justify why they leave a relationship, especially not when it is an abusive one. Relationships break down every minute of every day and yet we do not have thousands or even hundreds of thousands of aerosoles taking to the streets with guns do we? Get over your hang-ups Rhodesly. Eastside Urchin
To be honest I have little sympathy with the woman, thr bloke is obviously a nutter but Many women choose to go with blokes who have a reputation, let's face it,her new bloke who sadly died was a martial arts expert so she was obviously attracted to the dangerous sort, she may just wake up one day soon and realise what a mistake she made in her choice in men I do of course feel sorry for genuine women who are abused in relationships but this one stinks of some tart who got off on the hard man image
Big J R
I've just watched the news headlines on TV. It looks like the police have a pretty good idea of where he's hiding out. I can actually see where he was coming from. If, for example, you were inside and your girlfriend phoned you to say she 'had met a new bloke who was a cop' and it was all over you wouldn't take it lying down would you and you would seek sweet revenge on your release from jail I think readers will see you saying that she brought it on herself and that any bloke would seek revenge. Of course you've done your usual trick of saying you don't condone it at the same time but all the same "she was asking for it" We all know that you just do this to get attention and you cannot expect to get agreement from normal people. Of course you'll get the usual birdbrains who share your bonkers views but thats life. As for what he does it will be the usual cowards way out of not facing the consequences for behaving like an animal and opting for "death by cop". Loose
Yes Rhodesly - we can all see what you actually said. So you like a bit of ceremony with being dumped. A personal choice perhaps, not to be imposed necessarily on the dumper, being the dumpee you take it like a man or admit to being a psychopathic big girls blouse. Eastside Urchin
Rhodesy,I said I didn't have any sympathy with her over her choice of bloke, she is still entitled to dump him while inside though.saying all that,I do find it hard to sympathise with her for going out with the scumbag in the first place, people like himare not gentle giants they are animals and she must of known that,I would bet my life on her many times using the phrase "do you know who my boyfriend is" and living off hus criminal intentions when it suited her
