Sounds obscure, but could be quite significant at the end of the coming season. It covers steps 1 to 4 across the leagues and means any team entering an "insolvency event" from now on will be automatically relegated unless the CVA is exited at 100% repayment by the end of the season.

 

So last season it would have meant, instead of Folkestone being promoted, they would have been relegated to the Kent League.
