Let's wait and see, although I fear you're right. In fairness Buts is past 35 now, so simply may not fancy an even more gruelling season - weren't Wimbledon at this level when he left them?

I imagine the main reasons for players leaving (as against being let go) would be better money elsewhere, money worries here, if we have such things, and travel commitments which look pretty arduous this season.

Otherwise, well, the team atmosphere seemed good and I think most of the guys would be keen to try at a higher level - which could work in our favour, because fewer teams already in the SPL would be keen to pick relatively untried players and if you're going to have the travel issues anyway, that's no reason to move.
