tell me a tournament where england hav'nt left it to the last game in the group to qualify,but even i'm worried as slovenia only need a point and will wack 11 players behind the ball at every oportunity,afraid to say we dont seem to have any players at the mo to unlock these crap defences

Even in those tournaments they have played half decent though.looked like trying

heskey simply isn't an international striker,Defoe doesn't look all that and crouch as good as he can be is hardly going to scare the worlds finest defenders with anything other than his face.

The problem is deeper than that though,the players are simply to$$ers who are so far removed from your average fan,reports are that the average England player will pocket around 1million quid just by advertising alone without us getting out of the group stage,double what any other countries players get.
