Absolutely agree Geoff. I wont be looking to make any radical changes and if I can do half as good a job as Steve I will be happy (and I'm relying on Steve to get me started as at the moment I haven't a clue!) I'll be more than happy to take ideas on changes to the programme that could improve it, but my first priority will be to produce something along the lines of last season - any changes can evolve from there.
