Whitehawk launch under-21 side

NEWLY-promoted Whitehawk will field a new under-21 team next season. They will play in the southern section of the Suburban League.

I wonder if this is as well as, or instead of a reserve team.

Quite forward thinking to my mind if Under 21's are going to supplement the first team squad.I guess the reserves would really become a third team as such with players over 21 who were dropped or coming back from injury having to go via the reserve team.

This would leave the Under 18's as a fourth team.

I wonder where they ever got the idea from.
