A new stand at Seaford

Following the installation of fantastic floodlights at the Crouch a new 100 seater plus stand is under construction.It is hoped that the ground will soon be of a standard to allow the new management team to take Seaford Town into Division One of the County League.

Maybe another ground for me to have a look at at the end of the week.

I don't know exactly what our plans are yet for the four days that we are down at Peacehaven. It'll all depend on our host, as he'll be driving. unless we all use our bus-passes !

You're right about the bus-lane.

 

Didn't get to Seahaven but viewed Peacehaven FC from a distance. Looks OK. Lucky the water people are putting in that huge water treatment system in next door to the ground. It's reckoned that if the workmen hadn't got to the fire, all could have been lost.

Railway Road.Yep that's rough too.It used to be a greasy bikers pub.

I reckon it still is. Very friendly staff there now. The landlord is a hoot ! Me and my mate were made very welcome.
