To answer your question blues fan-its actually just twice in twelve years-the rest is conjecture and supposition.

Narrowly missed relegation a few time but got out of it through their own efforts.

 

Not exactly a fan of them-although living locally one does see the odd game and wish them well and hope they win all their games unless its in the cup v Margate.

 

Not a bad effort to be the longest serving club in the league.

 

all that given-they genuinelly deserved to stay up this season, as the chester results were expunged and FGR had points removed because of that, plus other teams benefitted positively where they lost to chester.

 

If it were not for the chester thing,FGR would have avoided relegation by 4 points (7 if Chester had turned up and lost for the fixture at fgr which was thus also expunged )-so on this occasion, i really think they deserved their bit of fortune.

 

Times get tougher for them every season though-and i reckon they will be relegated on the pitch in 2010/11.

 

The BSS is their natural level however and look forward to Margate playing them at their fabulous stadium in that league in 2013/14.

Like most clubs-funding paymets on their new ground is proving very difficult at the moment for them, and they have financial issues; but overall, they are extrememly well run,and a model example of how to run a football business

I think i've drunk in there. they do an excellent Bitter, but their juices are a bit sour!
