I've got one of the limited shirts, and for me, the reason I got one of the shirts that were limited to 17or so in number was that it was a shirt made for the final, with extra embroidery, number, and was worn by a player in that game.

It will always be a limited edition in my mind, as is the one off limited edition Liverpool Istanbul Final shirt I bought before that match was played.

I will be happy to buy the same design again as a new kit for next season to wear to games.

I am with Gary, it is still "Limited" edition because it has the play off final details etc. I would be perfectly happy for it to go on general sale as no-one will be getting one that is the same. If we had won the final, I'd have probably tried to get it signed and framed and then bought another one for the new season. As we lost I probably wouldn't buy a new one and just use the shirt for this year. That said if it was decided to bring out a new shirt I would buy one of those too.

Entirely up to the club and I'll be happy with whatever decision they make.

Has to be Hoops, Bernie played in them in the 60s and we had them for our first season in the Conference. Don't like the play off ones, we lost in them for a start. For those out there who think there is "Massive Support" for the play off one, think again!

Ha Ha Clive, remember I am a woman and can do two things at once, so i will be able to clink my glass and still take the money!!

On a serious note, I have to be honest I was worried that people who bought the limited edition shirt might be upset if it went on sale as the new season's shirt, but the general opinion of people who have one is the same as Clive, Gary, Ian and Martin, its the play off detail that makes it different, Aidan has also said the same.

The other side of the coin is that there could also be a lot of supporters who would of liked the shirt but maybe missed out, so it gives them the chance to have one as well, IF that is the shirt chosen for next season.

I am lucky enough to have one of the playoff shirts, but would still like to see it as our kit for next year. I would probably buy one anyway in a size I could wear when I'm playing 5 a side! That's probably why we lost in them 'cos they were so damned huge.

My first impression when I saw them was what a great kit, so lets stick with it.

Cheers,

Roger

Just to add my two pence worth, I like the play-off shirt and would be very happy to see it used. Doesn't bother me in the slightest that I've already paid £30 for one. I'll probably just not buy another.

Being hidden away in the dim dark East Midlands, I may have missed out on the decision about the home shirt this season. So has a definitive decision been made, and if so, when can I buy one??? Given up my Arsenal season ticket to spend more time watching Slough this season so I want to look the part!
