I read that IOC is looking for full back cover for Lacy (and persumably Robinson).

Obviously on a limited budget-you can't have cover everywhere-but we do look a bit uncompetitive at full back.

 

It looks like Robinson and Lacy have the places sewn up-fine as long as it lasts and they stay fit and suspension free (don't they both have the worst disciplinary record in the team ?)

 

Stubbs to come back in October to add some competition for robinson-although despite his great end of season efforts-i'm not convinced stubbs is best suited to full back,Thus we rightly need competition/cover for full back.

 

Can't help thinking that it was a bit of a mistake to release Morris-maybe not the worlds best player-but gave great cover for full back and also midfield,and never ever let us down on the field,and possibly not too expensive an option and his versatility an important quality.(has he signed for anyone else).

 

Of course-if he has got his fitness-another argualbly low cost cover option would be Louis smith-but not sure if he is fit/interested or whatever

 

(concerns me a bit that cloke had virtually the same injury at the same time-)
