Gooner/Urchins Fans - Hope you enjoyed the game!! Was amazing day out, very surreal in all honesty. Having watched

us at Canvey, Grays, Chesham, Hampton etc over the years, to see who we will be playing next year is hard to take in.

There were obviously a lot of people who came out of the woodwork yesterday, but that happens at all levels (did you see

38k Millwall there on Saturday!!!). Even you guys had it with the cup runs and that. Thats football, thats life. We had a group

of 29 with us on Sunday, rather than our normal 9!! Everyone of our mates who has ever been to a game made the effort to get

there.

Yes we will struggle next year, we know that, but will be great whatever. I also hope that what we have done gives hope to every

Club across the land, including yourselves. You don't need money to make progress, you need many other things (including a bit of

luck!!). Also to back up what Gooner said elesewhere, there are good players out there at all levels, just needs someone to take a

punt on some of these lads and put a bit of faith in them.

Anyway, was good to see Max and Graham on the way home, and Gooner, will be in touch soon to arrange the next darts match if

you boys are up for it again?? Thats one area where you still seem to have the upper hand!!
