It is indeed the Tanzanian Parasitic Wasp. Apparently the wingspan is just 0.2mm which is smaller than a fly's eye.

Kevin Fowler in the real name of U.S. star of stage and screen, Kevin Spacey.

 

He was appointed Artistic Director or some such title at the Old Vic (Queen Vic? - Ed) a few weeks ago and a couple of days ago he presented a lifetime Olivier award to Dame Judi Dench.

 

He was very good indeed in 'K-Pax' but that's about all I know.
