The potential trick in this question is that England did wear yellow when playing Team America in the US Bicentenial Tournament, however, unlike the Italian and Brazilian federations, the FA did not recognise this as a full international.

Okay, the pensions did not become payable until 1 January 1909 (known as Pensions Day). They were means tested and paid on a scale between 1s & 5s. There was no fixed specific amount.
