Fantastic, I didn't even look it up I had to think about it for a while but I didn't need to leave this chair or look on another site.

 

I instantly thought of Paul Jewel as I thought of the three that had just come up but Kevin Keagen was a little longer in coming. When I thought of him I thought at first it was with Fulham and Manchester City. City is correct but not Fulham, he left there before they got promoted and Tigana got them up.

 

Keagens other club was Newcastle whom he won promotion with in an impressive 1992-1993 season.
