Gate pre-season campaign takes shape

I always think too many psf,s are played-especially as it seems we may for once have a reasonably settled early squad.

too much injury risk, and psf,s bear no relation to what happens in a competitive match.*

Need the football fix ,but its always shrouded by a fear of injury (and injury to the players as well). That given-i note we may not have a friendly against ramsgate where we get an opportunity to defend   -le cuppa del isla thanetta gazzetta .

Maybe IOC is not aware  that we hold this precious silverware

I don't attend PSF's myself, what with the travelling and things. However I would like to see the club lower prices for PSF's. I'm sure more people would attend if the prices were lowered to about £4 or £5.00. I know the matches are there for match fitness but there is nothing to attract me to watch two teams who are probably playing at about 60-70% of their capability. If we could attract a Premiership club that guaranteed a good number of first team squad then I can see the justification, but to pay £10.00 to see Dover or even Gillingham is not a big attraction to me or a lot of other people.

I'm not sure of all the friendlies were £5 but certainly some towards the start of the new season were.
