Horley Town Ladies FC

Recommended Posts

Horley Town Ladies FC are re-grouping this season, and as they have lost their first team manager, they are looking to appoint a coach/trainer to join the squad.

Their ground is at Horley Town FC, who play in the Combined Counties Premiership. It is in Southern Surrey, not far from the Surrey/Sussex border, close to Gatwick airport.

Any interested parties should PM me so I can pass the information on to my eldest daughter, who is a player/coach for them.

Hi BJR - what league/division do they play in? If similar to our ladies then perhaps we can organise a pre-season friendly?

I've been invited to meet the England Ladies team next week.I coached Saltdean Ladies for a couple of seasons, and then Whitehawk Ladies for about three, before most of the players moved on to Brighton.

I enjoyed coaching the girls as they listened much better than the blokes.

To be absolutely honest, I'm not 100% sure which League it is. It was something like the Sussex Coast Ladies League last season, but as they are amalgamating their First and Reserve teams, due to departures of coach and some players to Lewes Ladies, I will have to ask Emma which League they have entered this coming season.

I will be seeing her later on today.

Whatever the league, let me know if you would like a friendly and we'll arrange something either home or away.

I have spoken to daughter Emma, who is one of the player/coaches. She is informing the new Secretary of HTLFC. A friendly would be great.

I'll keep in touch.
