Having been involved for many seasons perparing various pitches I am amazed that the basic cost now is around five grand to scarify,seed and topsoil.

If there is a hot summer as promised watering can be a nightmare.

My tip for watering is to do it at night if possible.On a hot day the water just evaporates.

Does anybody have any tips on costcutting or producing a good playing surface?applaus.gif
