Coming back to the actual topic of this thread the latest I've heard is that eleventh hour talks today between the airline and the unscrupulous Unite Union had broken down however, unsurprisingly the Union made a last minute offer to call off the Cabin Crew walkout if BA agreed to reinstate the travel perks rightly stripped from staff previously.

Why should they be stripped of their travel perks ?

 

If you work for one of the giant stores, you get staff discount.

 

If you work on the buses or trains, you get travel perks.

 

If you work in Parliament, the perks are astronomical, (allegedly !)
