Ok so this game may actually be a bigger coup than I first thoiught.

 

I have looked at their pre season this year and they played Bromley, Boreham Wood, East Grinstead and Croydon Athletic and in all the games they put out a strong side including the likes of Stern John, Freddie Sears etc.

 

I think that this may be the perfect opportunity for us to get more people through the gate. A couple of years ago we did a leaflet thing on the saturday before the game. Maybe if we did this along with kids for a quid we could possibly get more through the gate and you never know some of them may come back.

 

This is just a suggestion but would anyone be up for this? we could have leaflets which have the game details and club details on them and 74 bus route for the kids

Wouldn't be too hasty as the venue has yet to be confirmed. Could be at Holloways Park, could be at the Polish Club, could be anywhere.

 

Given the work on SYCOB's pitch, I would imagine it wont be there.

Does anyone know how Graeme Edwards is getting on? I'm sure he'd love to play against the club he supports and grew up playing for.
