Do not take this as gospel, but i hear Crow is off the transfer list, if it is, and i hope it is, true, then i for one, am pleased! I thought Crow played superb on Saturday. Pabird, is in Spain at the minute. Don't know when he's back.

 

I'll goes as far to say that Crow has not only improved from last season, but is actually back to his best somewhat. Just as he was the couple of seasons before he departed for Braintree.

Well I did notice Kingy deep in conversation with Crow after yesterday's game and at the time I wondered if maybe it was regarding his future at the club. It would be great news if Crow was to stay with us.

Just back from sunny climes lads and have only briefly chatted with Crow

He appears reasonably pleased with his pre-season (from him that means very good) and if he knows anything about a possible transfer he is not telling me

What he has said is how well he thinks the team will perform this season and how well the new lads are begining to perform

In all seriousness, I would be very pleased if Crow was to stay.

I was miffed when he moved to Braintree and very happy to see him return, I consider him very worthy of staying with us and am sure he would make a great contribution in our future expectations.

I for one would love to see Crow stay. Not only is he (IMO) improved from last season. But he's a great player to have anyway. A natural Left-back in a back four, loves coming forward, I remember the two goals he's scored in a Canvey shirt....and I get the chance to talk to his old man face to face on more occasions than if he would have left!! <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/roflmao.gif" alt="" />

Surely Crow has scored more than two goals for Canvey? I remember the one against Gravesend on Boxing Day 2000, he scored against Hayes in the Bryco last year but I'm sure he scored a couple for us in his first season for the club. Chesham at home springs to mind in the 1999/2000 season when Carl Bartley came off the bench and scored the winner (we were talking about that on Saturday!)

Ok from my research, Craig has scored 3 League goals for Canvey and 1 Cup Goal

 

2 League Goals in 1999/2000

1 League Goal in 2000/2001

and 1 Cup Goal in 2002/2003
