Very encouraging that we've gt our pre-season sorted already bar one opponent. Excellent that we've got a Palace side coming to us as well. Shame we'll be in Cyprus!

Pre-season is shaping up very nicely! Can't remember when we've been this organised for pre-season friendlies for a long time.

Crystal Palace team as well.

Well done to the people who have worked hard to make this happen.

can only be seen as an early positive move to get friendlies organised this early and what should be some really entertaining and competitive games without having to travel all that far either. really sensible to play both Chesham and Windsor and to cap it off a "home" friendly of which i thought we had little to no chance of having without our own ground.

well done to whoever organised these

To be fair, the organisation has been good the last couple of seasons with regards to arranging pre-season games. I think it's just the uncertainty regarding a "home" venue, availability, and the quality of the pitch etc., that has prevented us from hosting a professional club in the past. Certainly a far cry from the "summers of hell" we all once endured.

No, Reading Rebel is correct, this is far in advance of last year, as this years list of games was published 54 days earlier and includes a bigger name.

Well done Mr T.
