Could it be that it does make a significant difference-with players looking to both leave and join the club depending upon which division we are in;and having to make decisions to join other clubs-where maybe the future is more clear cut ?

Expectations are still the same - that we'll stay in the Premier Division. But, until it's cofirmed there remains a risk of relegation so waiting for confirmation is just sensible housekeeping. I think the confirmation will impact players deciding to join the club rather than leaving, if that helps allay any fears.

You are probably right-but been involved in too many 'deals' to take anything for granted until ink is dry.

Indeed-did a bit of biz friday-verbal contract -and it blew up on monday.

How many times in a criminal trial does 'last minute new evidence' surface that changes everything ?

Did mr Piper expect Mr Butler to honour his verbal agreement ?

unfortunatley live and work in a nasty old world where you trust no-one-just my nature and years of experience - 30 years of realising how dishonourable many people are.

Not necessarily correct-but like others i read in the NLP that the line -ups will be officially released to the public at 4 pm today,whilst affected clubs (Margate) are told over the weekend.

Thus i guess our directors have by now been officially notified

Not necessarily correct-but like others i read in the NLP that the line -ups will be officially released to the public at 4 pm today,whilst affected clubs (Margate) are told over the weekend.

Thus i guess our directors have by now been officially notified

 

According to Mike Avery (latest) the official announcement will be by 2pm today unless the club inform us before that time. All sounds extremely positive from what I've been told.
