Tonight - Under 18s

Birthday boy Graeme has asked me to mention that the UNDER 18s are playing at home tonight v Ashford Under 18s in case anyone is interested in watching some live football locally.

Apologies he says for the late notice. Kick-off is 7-30 p.m.

 

I'll be at home,watching "Forest" take another step back up towards the Premiership.

Furthermore the Under 18s are to play Dover under 18s on SUNDAY at 11am in a "DOUBLE HEADER".

Two games,each being 1 hour durations,to catch up on games not as yet played (apparently).

Oh dear my team are falling apart at the back. Looks like its another year in the Championship then. Blackpool DO look impressive though. I have to say that in fairness.

A short resume of the game from Graeme, he has asked me to post:

 

First half all Ashford. Gate seemed to lack belief. Second half a different story, Gate came out wuth fire in their bellies. 1st goal scored by Mears which was worthy to see on MOTD. Let fly from left side about 1/3 of the way into half (north end). Ball swerved left, then right, looked to be going over until it dipped and hit roof of the net. 2nd goal Sam Paine and 3rd Sam Bull.
