The Colchester web site says that Tony Boot has not been offered a contract.

 

A quote from Phil Parkinson says..."I think Tony is a good player and he has scored goals for us in pre-season, he has done extremely well but I think he has come up just a little short of what I want at the moment."

 

My feelings of happiness that he might be back at Slough are tinged with disappointment for Tony himself. Well done Booty, you did us proud.
