I wrote an email to the NLP on Sunday about how I was disappointed by the lack of coverage of us and other champions in their paper and that the whole paper was devoted to the play-offs and the teams that were unfortunately got knocked out of the play offs having accumulated100 points. This was their reply:

 

Hi Paul,

An email you sent to our website about Windsor & Eton was forwarded on to

me. It was a busy week last week and one or two things slipped through the

net. Rest assured, we will do our best to give Windsor & Eton some decent

coverage over the next few weeks.

Sorry for the lack of coverage on Sunday.

As good as the NL paper is, each league gets coverage directly related to the level its at. ie conference national 5 pages conf divisional 3 pages right down to SL divisional 1/4 page, yet level 3 & 4 fans probably make up a large % of readers. i appreciate co-ordinating & editing cant be easy because of deadlines but im sure they could give our levels more coverage than they do. mind you, they can only print what has been reported to them i suppose.
