Couldn't bring myself to look at the ones from the actual game just yet, but I had a look at the pre and post match ones, I think the last one of Deano sitting on the floor sums it all up, along with the one of Bateman near the end too. Gutted, but we gave the players the send off they deserved for a brilliant season. Loving the pics of the masses of Rebels fans behind the goals.

Some great photos once again Gary. Thank you for taking them throughout the season.

Sadly that guy in the hat wasn't just an idiot for going on the pitch, he was a complete berk on the coach too and made life a misery for those travelling on it back from the game. His drunken antics and constant swearing were a disgrace. Quite frankly he shouldn't have been allowed back on the coach.

It is natural on the point of glory to gain extra fans, we had a couple of hundred ourselves extra against VT, i just wonder with some of the comments on here, 'crawling out of the woodwork' etc is likely to entice some of your once or twice a year fans to turn up on a regular basis. Seems a bit holier than thou sort of attitude.

It was amusing to see a Reading shirt in the slough end though :frown:

Windsorian, to a degree I would agree with you, but then there are some people you'd just rather not have watching your team.

The guy in the hat always was a bit of a mug. Its a long time back now but I think he may have got in a spot of bother up at Southport.

Tom and King Tut when you put it like that i can't disagree :smashfreakb:

Not often we agree :)

After the event at Boreham Wood on Saturday, and to a lesser degree the silliness at Hillsborough, Kenilworth Road and Nuneaton, I think my point has been reinforced. We're a better club without the likes of the prat in the hat turning up once a season.

In the same mould, I imagine Stag Meadow has been a more pleasant ground since Jarvo's brother stopped frequenting the place. Probably a dip in bar takings mind.
