I think thats our xmas and new year fixture sorted for next season, shame our festive clashes with BTFC are no more.. At least we haven't got to travel.. :)

Congratulations to CRFC it seems us Canvey clubs like coming up to the Prem via the Playoffs in our second season.

By the sounds of things we could also be playing our old friends from Bury and Cambridge City who look very likely to be moved to the Ryman..

I would expect another open league next year with probably 50 points needed to be safe..

I also predict a number of changes for CIFC during the summer, with a new look team playing at the Brockwell next season.

Roll on pre season

of what i saw of concord in the 2 play off games we need to step up a gear or be the second best team on canvey, you said things changing at canvey during the summer it has to or it looks like a big struggle next season, it looks like a very competative league, no more talk of budget we need to compete, weve got the support now the club has to move quickly not to go for play offs or promotion but to survive at the moment there is only one team that was worse than us in the premier league, if the new season sees concord near the top and us struggling it could be a big problem for canvey, so lets get going for next season and stuff everyone.

Very true Hynab66, we have to grab the bull by the horns and get stuck in very quickly. Concord looked the part and will be looking to add to their already big squad. We have to show them and everyone else in this league what we are all about and with the right signings we should be challenging next season. Remember that although our final position wasnt great, the only teams to outclass us was Dartford at home and Ricay away and possibly Aveley. The rest of the other results were a mixture of poor performances, missed chances and awful refereeing. I think Lowestoft could be one of the teams next with their big budget and home support, apart from that I dont really see anyone else to be bothered about, so COME ON YOU YELLOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!
