Payments.. and confirmation needed

As at 31st July - Martin Deaner had promised Windsor had been paid for next season...

a banks draft was paid to Windsor - 31st July !

(confimation needed ??)

on the subject of Wexham Park.... further negotiations are needed as from midnight the 5 years deal with FRUS is at an end....not a question of the football club being barred from Wexham Park as the papers have stated this morning- further negotiations are required between Mayfair and FRUS ltd.....and payment of outstanding fees are also required....

If STFC are to return to Wexham Park in the near future or if ever.....

But STSA wants the two parties to talk to each other ...the papers have tried to make a record that Slough have been Barred !!! again not the whole facts....

We as Slough Supporters want to play at Wexham Park and need for FRUS to speak with Alan Thorne and see what can be sorted out from this mess !

Cheers Chris Sliski STSA

Chris Sliski you yourself wrote on earlier thread: "So no hope.... because the doors at Wexham Park shut to all of us on Thursday !

Off to Windsor if we pay the bill...

a very sad day indeed........"

What is this if it is not banned from Wexham Park? If club management have tried to soften the blow for you with some "Well, it's not quite like that blah blah blah" DON'T LISTEN

What kind of negotiations can go on between FRUS and Thornes. Which business has been closed down then - FRUS or 'trading as STFC'? I thought it was FRUS. If so how can they negotiate anything. Apart from that, how will they pay outstanding bill to Thornes, even if STFC never go back there?

What happens when/if Thornes sue for the outstanding rent? If FRUS has shut down then it has to be STFC itself that gets sued? Who is liable for that? Let me guess, not Deaner. Perhaps the business just goes into liquidation?

Is there any chance that apparently nice patient Mr Simpson guy at Windsor will confirm he's received the money up front?

Bloody hell what a mess.

Hold on everyone...no panic here...just stated the facts....

The buisness deal between Mayfair and FRUS is at an end...we all knew that...so for the papers to say we are banned is quite wrong !

The deal has finished and it is time to talk again....that's all....

Don't loose our heads while everyone around are loosing theirs...

Time to hang on in there.....

Windsor must only be a short term measure !

But maybe we can start to turn the corner and have some good news from the council as I have been told something is going on and we will know as soon as possible....

Ok some will say don't hold our breath on this one but I have a good feeling for once that something is about to happen...I have been promised by the Council we will know about sept 8th.......

so hang on in there......

up the Rebels....

I have to agree with the papers. The fact is that Alan Thorne has posted a message at Wexham Park stating that access has been denied to football staff. That is a fact that the papers have reported. Why is this wrong? Is Mr Thorne lying?

So what is the message from Mayfair aka Thornes re football staff about then. If you are a tenant and the landlord legally terminates the lease by a certain date, you have to go. And if you owe rent you are in the double do-do as well. Is it not a fact that Slough can't play there right now and its been put in writing.

Nor has the club been allowed to stay and play, or train even, while negotiations happen. Notice to quit has expired. So in effect STFC are banned from using the premises for football. Face it please. We might be allowed to 'drink' one of the foul pints there but the club can't kick a ball.

As for Sept 8 and the council, we now see how "two weeks" can become "Six weeks".

And does FRUS still exist?
