Did anyone read the Hitchin report in the Express this morning? The final sentence went something like…..

 

“The final whistle brought forth the pitch invasion by the hundreds of Rebels fans.”

 

What total [censored]. Whilst there is no suggestion of any trouble the last thing we want when we’re trying to gain public support for a return to Slough is suggestions of pitch invasions. Totally inaccurate and lazy reporting which proves they weren’t even there.

It is shoddy. Mind you, I fully expect there to be a pitch invasion at Chesham tomorrow (though wouldn't like to bet which set of fans will be celebrating at the end).

I've had to recreate the footage as three times of uploading all failed without reason - well, one failed because Steven turned off the power of the computer at the mains, so I guess that one doesn't count!
